1. Conditions for Free Delivery
1.1. Free delivery for clothing, footwear, and accessories
Delivery is free for clothing, footwear, and accessories with a total value over 50 €.
1.2. Free delivery for vouchers
Delivery is free for vouchers with a value over 15 €.
If you ordered a product whose availability cannot be confirmed, in order to benefit from free delivery, you must replace it with another item so that the total order amount reaches the required threshold.
In case of an out-of-stock item from your order, you will be notified by email or phone.
The conditions for free delivery are valid within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. Courier companies we work with
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT delivers ordered goods through the courier companies SPEEDY, ECONT, or EVROPAT.
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT provides the option for parcel inspection upon delivery with ECONT. For more information, see the section “Inspection” service upon receiving a shipment with Econt.
When choosing Speedy or EvropaT couriers, the inspection option is not available.
2.1. Delivery to an ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store - Click&Collect
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT offers Click&Collect delivery of online ordered items to a selected ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT, DISTRICT, or SPORT DEPOT store, except for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Bansko, and Borovets, under the following conditions:
- The Click&Collect service applies only to online orders of clothing, footwear, and accessories delivered to a selected store.
- Click&Collect orders can only be prepaid by debit or credit card on the website.
- The standard processing time for Click&Collect orders is up to 5 business days.
- The customer who placed the order receives it by presenting an ID card to a store employee.
- The order can also be collected by another person; in this case, the account holder will receive a confirmation call before the order is handed over.
- The amount for a canceled or returned Click&Collect order can be refunded in cash at the store register or to the payment method used, within the statutory period of up to 14 days.
3. Delivery charges for online orders that do not meet the conditions for free delivery
Delivery charges apply for orders of clothing, footwear, and accessories with a total value below 50 €, or vouchers with a total value below 15 €.
- To courier office or locker: 2.80 € / BGN 5.48
- To customer address: 3.50 € / BGN 6.85
At the first step of your online order, you will receive information about the delivery price depending on the courier and the options for delivery to an address or to a courier office.
Important:
- The delivery price displayed at the first step of the order is for informational purposes only.
- The final delivery charge is calculated at later steps after you select the courier and the delivery option – to an office or an address.
4. Standard delivery time
The usual delivery time within Bulgaria is 2 to 5 business days.
Important: The sale season is at its peak! Delivery delays are possible, but rest assured – your favorite products are on their way to you. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that for some products the delivery time may be extended, which is explicitly stated in the item description.
5. ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT does not offer a fixed delivery time service
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT does not offer a fixed delivery time service. If necessary, you can arrange additional delivery terms at your own expense with the courier once you receive notification of the upcoming delivery.
6. “Inspection” service upon receiving a shipment with Econt
When receiving a shipment with Econt, you can use the “Inspection” service.
This service applies to shipments delivered both to an Econt office and to an address.
With the “Inspection” service, you can open and check the contents of the parcel (without trying it on) within 15 minutes.
When the “Inspection” option is used, the Econt employee opens the parcel in your presence so you can confirm that the contents correspond to what was ordered and that there are no defects. Trying on or testing the product is not allowed.
Important conditions:
- Before inspecting the shipment, you must pay the fee for the return delivery (if you return the parcel).
- If you accept the parcel after inspection, the Econt employee will refund the fee for the return delivery.
- If you refuse to accept the parcel after inspection, the return transport costs remain at your expense.
Exceptions:
In the following cases, the return shipping costs are covered by ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT:
- the received goods clearly do not match the order;
- the error is the fault of ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT (for example: wrong size, color, or item).
In these cases, ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT will also refund the return shipping costs after the returned goods are received back in commercial condition.

8. Right to changes reserved
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT reserves the right to make changes to the free delivery conditions for the online store.
