1. Free delivery conditions
1.1. Free delivery of apparel, shoes and accessories
You receive free delivery of apparel, shoes and accessories if your order is over 50 euros.
1.2.one point two Free delivery of vouchers
Free delivery is available for vouchers with value over 15 euros.
If you have ordered a product whose availability cannot be confirmed, to take advantage of free delivery, you must replace it with another to reach the required threshold of the total value.
In case of possible lack of product from your order, you will be notified by email or phone about the absence.
The free delivery conditions are valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. Courier companies we deliver with
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT delivers the goods ordered through the store via the courier company Sameday, Speedy, Econt or Europat.
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT provides the option to inspect the shipment upon receipt with the courier company Econt. For more information, see section 6. "Inspection" service upon receipt of a shipment with Econt.
When choosing the courier company Sameday, Speedy and Europat there is no option to inspect the shipment.
2.1. Click and Collect – delivery to an ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT provides the Click and Collect service for delivery of online orders to a selected store of ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT, DISTRICT or SPORT DEPOT, exccept for the stores in Sliven, Kardzhali, Bansko and Borovets, under the following conditions:
- The Click and Collect service is valid only for delivery to a selected store of apparel, shoes and accessories ordered online.
- Click and Collect orders can only be paid in advance with a debit or credit card through the site.
- The standard processing time for Click and Collect orders is up to 5 working days.
- The customer who made the order receives it upon presentation of an ID card to a store employee.
- The order can also be picked up by another person, and upon receipt, the order holder will receive a call to confirm its handover.
- The amount for a refused or returned Click and Collectorder can be refunded in cash at the store's cash desk or by the payment method used, within the legal period of up to 14 days.
- *It is possible that a given delivery store may not be active for technical reasons.
3. Delivery prices for online orders that do not meet the free delivery conditions
Delivery prices apply to orders of apparel, shoes and accessories with a total value under 50 euros or vouchers with a total value under 15 euros.
At the first step of the online order, you will receive information about the delivery price according to the courier and options to address or office of the courier.
Important:
- The delivery price at the first step of the order is for informational purposes.
- The final delivery charge is calculated at later steps after you select the courier and the delivery option - to office or to an address.
Delivery prices with Sameday:
- To locker: 1.90 euros / 3.72 leva. To Sameday locker: 1 euro and 90 cents / 3 leva and 72 stotinki
- To customer address: 2.38 euros / 4.65 leva. To customer address with Sameday: 2 euros and 38 cents / 4 leva and 65 stotinki
Delivery prices with Speedy, Econt and Europat:
- To courier office or locker: 2.80 euros / 5.48 leva. To courier office or locker: 2 euros and 80 cents / 5 leva and 48 stotinki
- To customer's address: 3.50 euros / 6.85 leva. To customer's address: 3 euros and 50 cents / 6 leva and 85 stotinki
4. Standard delivery time
The usual delivery time to any location in Bulgaria is from 2 to 5 working days.
Please note that for some products there may be an extended delivery time, which is explicitly stated in the description of the respective item.
Important:
- When the sale season is at its peak, delivery delays are possible, but rest assured - your favorite products are on their way to you. Thank you for your understanding!
5. ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT does not offer the fixed time delivery service
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT does not offer the fixed time delivery service. If necessary, you can negotiate additional delivery conditions at your own expense with the specific courier, after you receive notification of the upcoming delivery.
6. "Inspection" service upon receipt with Econt
Upon receipt of a shipment with Econt, you can use the "Inspection" service.
This service applies to shipments delivered to an Econt office as well as to deliveries to an address.
With the "Inspection" service, you have the opportunity to open and review the contents of the shipment (without trying it on) for up to 15 minutes.
Upon approved "Inspection", the Econt employee opens the shipment in your presence to ensure that the contents match the requested and that there are no defects. Trying on or testing the product is not allowed.
Important conditions:
- Before inspecting the shipment, you must pay the return delivery fee if you return the shipment.
- If you accept the shipment after the inspection, the Econt employee will refund the return delivery amount to you.
- If you refuse to accept the shipment after the inspection, the transportation costs for the return remain at your expense.
Exceptions
In the following cases, the transportation costs for the return are at ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT's expense:
- the received goods clearly do not correspond to those requested in the order;
- the error is due to ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT's fault (for example: wrong size, color or item).
In these cases, ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT will refund the return delivery costs, after the returned goods are received back in commercial condition.
7. Conditions for exchange and refund

8. Reserved right to make changes
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT reserves the right to make changes to the delivery conditions for the online store.
